Okay, this is going to be about a big issue - death and dying. In the video, I share some basic thoughts with you and expand on them further in the attached PDF. As I said at the beginning of this course, we have two choices - grow older or die. We can avoid the topic of our death or we can face it head-on and have a good death! I know which I choose - what about you?
