Words of wisdom indeed! Learning to embrace acceptance is the first step to finding inner peace for me. It is a reoccurring theme in my life. Even though my default is to complicate ithe process with self ritiious judgement, progress is zig zagging along.
As for hairdressers, I've had to let go of a couple of really good ones because my fabulous new do didn't compensate for the stink I had to blow off from the diatribe I was subjected to...and yes, they had the scissors and my crowing glory in their hands.lol
