Hi, Nan - yes, in the written part, I mention about making a list of things that you can do when you're feeling out of whack! I encourage others to share their lists as well.....very helpful!

Is there "homework" this week? I am going to make a list of the things I have been doing for my emotional health and also a list of things I may not be doing that I would like to add to my routine. I would love to hear from others and share ideas on this.
